A new course with the corresponding folder in ELO can be created quickly.

Create different course formats

  • First, select a course type from four predefined course formats.
  • Create a folder for your course in ELO - it is automatically included in the course catalog and visible in the training portal after publication.
  • In the case of classroom training, you can conveniently enter a query with the date, time and threshold of participants using a form.
  • Store all course materials centrally and clearly in this folder – for example, a template for attendance confirmations.
  • Granting permissions and roles controls access to the course folder.

Variety of courses with ELO Learning – four different course formats to choose from:

  • E-learning courses: online courses without fixed dates (self-study)
  • Classroom training: courses that take place at a specific time and place
  • Virtual classrooms: online courses that take place on a specific date (webinars or web meetings)
  • Blended learning concepts: combining online courses and face-to-face training

Create an e-learning path, define prerequisites

  • A training path is made up of different courses.
  • For example, specify that a completed e-learning course is a prerequisite for classroom training - if both are passed and completed, the training will automatically complete.
  • Publish the learning path on the ELO Learning portal.
  • A template for the path will help you quickly issue certificates later.

Each registered participant receives its own ELO folder in which you can also store your certificates.

Invite and add participants

  • You can simply enroll participants in e-learning courses.
  • If, for example, a face-to-face training course is divided into two parts and takes place in the morning and in the afternoon, you can assign participants directly to a time block.
  • The invitation will be sent by email.
  • Alternatively, participants can also register through the ELO Learning portal.
