  • The introduction of a modern document management system (DMS) or enterprise content management system (ECM) presents a company with numerous challenges, some of which are new.

Project implementation

  • Based on the concept approved in the project's management meetings, we apply configurations and developments to ELO products.
  • As part of the project, we install server and client applications and adapt the basic system to your needs. We integrate existing systems (ERP, CRM, PPS, email, etc.) through standard ELO interfaces.
  • If necessary, we develop new interfaces for the integration of individual specialized applications.

Training and support

  • Users are trained directly on the adapted system with documents and processes of daily practice. This way you get the maximum training effect and immediate benefit from your new DMS/ECM system.
  • We offer additional one-to-one training for administrators so that first-level operation and support can take place directly on your premises.
  • Even after it goes into production, we will continue to support it. Our support plan system that is available up to 24 hours a day.
  • If desired, we can offer other precisely defined service levels through individual support agreements. These are defined in an SLA contract.

Software updates and maintenance

  • The adoption of a DMS/ECM system is an important and long-term corporate decision for a company.
  • Proper software maintenance and upgrades are required so that the system can be used spiky and profitably for many years to come, ensuring the best levels of productivity.
  • As part of the software update and maintenance agreement, we offer an update service (patches, bug fixes, service packs, etc.) and a service line to log and forward fault reports to the manufacturer.
  • We offer additional services (installation of updates, training courses, etc.) separately as paid support.
